For each one, look for the root cause and see what element of training might have been missed and should be covered in the future. Past incident are the leading indicator of what issues are occurring. During your workplace review, include your employees as they can provide valuable insight into where issues arise and where they would like to receive more training. Including employees also develops good working relationships are you are respecting their opinion and reminding them that they are valued.
